T.I.P.C. (/ˈtipsē/) – Terrifying Irregular Provincial Circumstances

T.I.P.C. is a Canadian horror / comedy anthology television series. Every episode is a stand alone story but always incorporates these two principles:

#1 – Pretending to be drunk is one of the hardest forms of acting as it can so easily swerve into something that’s broadly comic or fake-looking.

#2 – In 1972 the CBC’s Peter Gzowski challenged listeners to complete the saying “As Canadian as…” Heather Scott answered the challenge with “… possible under the circumstances.”
